These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Bridgify platform and services provided by Davy Bammens — Bridgify, Zonhovenstraat 39, 3500 Hasselt, Belgium (KBO: 0699.928.640). By registering an account or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Bridgify provides a SaaS integration platform that connects webshops, ERP systems, accounting software and other business applications via standardized connectors. The specific features and limits available to you depend on your subscription plan.

2. Account registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at contact@bridgify.be if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Subscription and payment

Bridgify is offered on a subscription basis. Fees are billed in advance according to your chosen plan. All prices are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the end of the billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us if you have a concern.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform for unlawful purposes or in violation of applicable regulations
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other tenants' data
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile or attempt to extract source code
  • Overload or disrupt the platform infrastructure
  • Resell or sublicense access to the platform without written permission

5. Your data

You retain ownership of all data you bring into the platform. Bridgify acts as a data processor on your behalf. We do not use your business data for any purpose other than providing the service. See our Privacy Policy for details.

6. Credentials and integrations

You are responsible for the API keys, credentials and access tokens you configure in Bridgify. You must ensure that your use of third-party APIs through Bridgify complies with those providers' terms of service.

7. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced where possible. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party services (external APIs, hosting providers, etc.).

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bridgify is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to data loss, lost revenue or business interruption. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the three months preceding the claim.

9. Suspension and termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, are involved in fraudulent activity, or for non-payment. You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion unless you request earlier removal.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or via an in-app notification. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
